This feedback center can be use by small and medium business in B2B as a way to centralize feedback, extract key insights, link it to features and PRDs.

1️⃣ Notion page & databases

Our feedback center will mainly rely on Notion as it’s the primary tool of many Product Managers and it will help us to link feedback to PRD or Discoveries that are probably already in Notion.

To start, just import the following template in your Notion :

This page contains 3 databases :

  1. Feedbacks: a database to store raw feedback inputed from Notion or other sources
  2. Feature requests: a database to store our feature requests contained in feedbacks we have received
  3. Customers: a database to store our customers list and be able to access all feedbacks and feature requests done by a customer. (NB: You use logo.dev to have easily download logos of your customers)

In each database there is the minimum properties for an effective Feedback Management System, but you can add as much as you want or feel necessary.

2️⃣ Centralize with Zapier or n8n

Using your favorite workflow automation tool, you can create flow to automatically register feedback from various sources in your Notion Feedback Center
